When just a 'spring chicken', straight out of school, I joined the workforce at Atlantic. My role within the company has changed a lot over the years.
I began as a trainee, refurbishing various equipment from couplers to coolers, whilst attending a part time college course for Electrical Installation.
I also spent about 3 years on the road as an engineer, attending maintenance calls and carrying out various installations as requested. I am now based in the Atlantic East office full time, ordering and organising the return of equipment from the various breweries we are associated with.
I keep up to date with new specifications and help answer any dispense queries over the phone, hoping that the experience I have picked up along the way provides help where required, when ever necessary.
I enjoy socialising with friends (usually down the pub!) and spending time with family.

I've been in Brewery Technical Service for over thirty years. I started my career at Watneys Mortlake Brewery for the Custom & Excise and progressed into Technical Service, working my way through the ranks to become Technical Manager, first at Wooburn Green then at Bow Business Unit.
After being made redundant, I became a contractor to the industry and about three years ago I joined Atlantic, bringing with me a wealth of experience and knowledge which has helped the company grow to what it is today.
Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy both the theatre and classical concerts mainly at the Albert Hall, much to the amusement of my two daughters. I also like going to the gym, although the figure tells a different story.

I am an import from Canada, coming from a backround of managing a Floral Wholesale business, distributing Floral Evergreens worldwide.
I joined the Atlantic team in 2003 as Head Office Manager and since then I have had the opportunity to help the company grow into what it has become today.
Managing a team of 5 staff and making sure all the day to day running of the office is as smooth as possible, whilst maintaining the highest standard of customer satisfaction that Atlantic expects.
Over the last 4 years I have learnt a lot about the beer industry from planning for a team of engineers, to dealing with customer's questions and queries on a daily basis and enjoying every minute of it.
Most of my spare time is spent with friends and family. I have also been known to sample the odd product we install, purely to further my working knowledge of course!!

As one of Atlantic's longest serving members, I joined as a 17 year old school leaver in the late eighties as a Trainee Engineer involved in our early brewery re-furbishment programme. The job entailed repairing cooling systems, gas regulators and other dispense items.
I progressed within the company into the Service field, where I trained as a Brewery Service Technician, known in those days as a "Fitter", served my apprenticeship and became a Senior Technician.
As our reputation grew, we were given a welcomed opportunity with Carlsberg-Tetley, where I later became Field Installations Manager and then progressed to Service Manager for Atlantic East.
I enjoy playing football for the Atlantic team and other staff activities.
Away from work, I'm a keen sportsman and enjoy pottering around the garden.
My happiest times are spent with my wife Hazel and my two young children, Ruby and Maisie.
